Leave a note on any order
New
Orders now have a free-text note field, in the card at the top right of the order page. Notes are internal: your team sees them, buyers never do.
Typical uses are handovers between team members, for example waiting on a B2B customer's confirmation before shipping, flagging an order that needs a specific refund process, or recording what was agreed with a customer or carrier.
