Return portal settings now let you configure a fee for the Store credit and Exchange return methods, set separately for each.
The amount can vary by the customer's country, and the fee is automatically deducted from the credit the customer receives. This keeps non-refund methods attractive while offsetting reverse-logistics and processing costs.
Set it up in your return portal settings.
