Amazon returns arrive as real returns in Bigblue

When a return request is approved on Amazon, Bigblue now creates the matching customer return automatically, with the expected items and quantities, the return reason, and tracking information when Amazon provides it.
This applies to Amazon orders fulfilled by Bigblue (merchant-fulfilled, not FBA). Warehouses no longer receive unannounced Amazon parcels and process these returns through the standard customer return flow.
No setup required: approved returns appear in your Returns list.
