Amazon returns arrive as real returns in Bigblue

New

If you sell on Amazon and Bigblue fulfils those orders, returns used to arrive at the warehouse as unannounced parcels that someone had to identify by hand.

Now, when a return is approved on Amazon, Bigblue creates the matching customer return automatically, with the items and quantities expected, the return reason, and the tracking number when Amazon provides one. The warehouse sees it coming and processes it through the same flow as any other customer return.

So units go back to sellable stock faster, and your Amazon returns sit alongside the rest of your return data instead of in a separate process. There's nothing to set up: approved returns appear in your Returns list from now on.
