Sharper metrics and faster queries in Analytics

Improved

Analytics gets a wave of upgrades: more precise metrics to follow what actually happens to your orders and stock, and a faster way to build the queries you need.

Until now, most metrics counted what was created or ordered, which told you little about where your volume sat afterwards. Two sets of metrics close that gap:

Fulfilments and quantities: follow fulfilments prepared, shipped, and delivered, and quantities shipped and delivered, so you can see which stage your volume has reached on any given day. Inbound shipment tracking gets the same treatment.

Median performance: read a typical order instead of an average pulled off course by a handful of outliers.

Building queries is quicker too. Save as new query lets you branch off an existing query instead of rebuilding it, filter negation excludes a segment instead of listing everything you want to keep, and donut charts are easier to read at a glance.

Everything is live. To use it: open the Analytics query builder and pick the new metrics from the metric list.
