See which lot shipped on every order
If you track lots, you need to know exactly which one shipped on every order, not just what was in stock. Your Orders export now carries that detail at the order-line level, through two new columns: Line Product Lot Code and Line Product Lot Expiration Date. They appear whenever you run the export with "Include order content" turned on.
When a single product shipped across more than one lot, the export splits that order line into one row per lot, each with its own quantity, so the record matches exactly what left the warehouse.
For merchants using lot tracking (roughly one in three), this turns a slow investigation into a quick lookup. If a lot is recalled, you can see straight away which orders contained it and act on it. The same detail backs up your compliance records, makes expiry easier to manage, and lets support confirm the exact lot and expiration date shipped on any order.
To see the new columns: run your Orders export with "Include order content" turned on.
