Buyers can find your return portal from tracking

Return instructions are now easier to find on the tracking page and in the Shipped and Delivered emails.
The tracking page includes a “How to return items?” FAQ and a button to your return portal. The emails have a refreshed returns section with a clearer link to the portal.
These links are shown when your Bigblue return portal is set to be promoted to buyers. If you only provide a return-policy link, the FAQ directs buyers to that policy for instructions instead.
Buyers can find where to start a return even when no printed delivery note is included in their parcel.
