Automate Shopify workflows for backordered items

When an item is backordered, Bigblue can now write the affected line items and quantities to the matching Shopify order.
The information is stored in the Bigblue backordered line items metafield. Use it in Shopify Flow or your own automations to notify customers, tag orders, or start a substitution flow.
Bigblue Workflows can also act on backorders with the Resolve backorder action.
The Shopify metafield is currently enabled on request. Contact your Bigblue representative to activate it for your brand.
