Returns in the Bigblue API
New
The Bigblue API now covers returns, with four new routes: CreateReturn, GetReturn, ListReturns, and UpdateReturn.
If you run a custom integration, you can create returns from your own portal or customer-service tooling, fetch return details, list returns, and keep an OMS or ERP in sync as a return moves from created to received to refunded.
The routes and their parameters are documented in the API reference.
