Returns in the Bigblue API
New
The Bigblue Store API now covers returns. Four new routes (CreateReturn, GetReturn, ListReturns, and UpdateReturn) let you create and manage returns from your own systems, not just in the app.
If you run a custom integration, you can now build returns into it from end to end: create a return from your own portal or customer-service tools, fetch its details, list returns by date range or ID, and keep your OMS or ERP in sync as a return moves through its stages, from created to received to refunded.
The routes and their parameters are documented in the API reference. For teams on a custom stack, this lets Bigblue stay the source of truth for returns while your own systems stay aligned.
