See where warehouse delays happen

The Business Review Dashboard now shows two separate warehouse service metrics:

- On-time Preparation: the percentage of orders prepared before the shipping deadline.
- On-time Shipping: the percentage of orders handed to the carrier before the shipping deadline.

An order can be prepared on time and still miss a carrier collection. Comparing the two metrics shows whether a delay happened during warehouse preparation or after the order was ready for pickup.

On-time Shipping measures the handover to the carrier—not the final delivery to the customer.

The metrics are available in the unrestricted view of the Business Review Dashboard for Plus merchants and merchants whose contracts include these warehouse metrics.
