Keep Shopify order edits consistent across your systems

You can now control which parts of a Shopify order can be edited in Bigblue.
Choose one of three settings:
- Prevent order editing in Bigblue.
- Allow edits to items and prices only: the recommended option.
- Allow edits to every field in the order.
Use this setting if you manage orders in another OMS or work with more than one fulfilment provider. It prevents a change made in Bigblue from leaving your other systems out of sync.
Find it in your Shopify integration under Data Synchronization → Edit Shopify orders in Bigblue.
