Eco-certifications on delivery notes

Delivery notes now include the required eco-certification mention automatically. It applies when an order contains a product tagged ECO, BIO, or ORGANIC and the fulfilling warehouse is eligible for eco-certifications, for example, “Certified organic distribution – FR-BIO-10”.
This replaces the previous workaround of editing buyer localisation to insert the compliance text.
To use it, make sure the relevant products carry an ECO, BIO, or ORGANIC tag.
