Never refund a reshipped order twice

When you duplicate an order to reship a parcel presumed lost, Bigblue now records the link between the two orders. The duplicate shows a link to its source order, and the source order gets a timeline event naming the duplicate.
An alert appears in both the Close and Refund modals for any return on a source order, and the refund step in Workflows automatically ignores duplicated orders, so an order you have already reshipped is not also refunded.
It applies automatically to orders duplicated in Bigblue.
