Use retailer product references on B2B delivery notes

Delivery notes for retail and wholesale orders can now show the product references used by each recipient. They can also show how many individual units are packed inside a case.

For example, if a retailer identifies a 12-pack with its own product reference, the delivery note can show one box containing 12 units rather than one individual unit.

The layout is also more compact, with products and boxes grouped more closely. Depending on the order, this can reduce the number of printed pages by 2 to 10 times.

Add the retailer’s reference in the Partner SKU field in Product details and define the contents of any cases or multipacks. The appropriate delivery-note template can then be selected using the information sent by your order-management system or a Bigblue Workflow.
