See photos of damaged items in your inbound shipments

You can now view warehouse photos of damaged products received in an inbound shipment. Open the shipment page and go to Product recap to see the photos attached to items marked as Damaged.

The photos show the condition recorded during receipt, giving you a reference when following up with your supplier or carrier.

The feature is live in all Bigblue warehouses. No setup is required.
