Redirect positive reviews to Trustpilot or Google

Your happiest customers are the ones you want posting public reviews. Now, when a customer rates their delivery positively in your post-delivery email, you can send them straight to a public review platform (Trustpilot, Google Reviews, Facebook, or any custom URL) instead of the Bigblue comment page.

You set this up in your email settings: pick your platform and paste your review link, with each option showing its logo, a pre-filled URL template, and a hint on where to find the right link. From then on, a thumbs-up sends the customer to that page automatically, while unhappy ratings stay on the Bigblue form so you still capture that feedback privately. Redirections are recorded on your Buyer satisfaction page, next to each rating.

So your happiest customers post reviews on the sites shoppers actually check, with no follow-up on your side. To turn it on: go to your email settings and choose where to send them.
