Download UPS and FedEx commercial invoices from the order page

You can now download the commercial invoice sent to customs for paperless UPS and FedEx shipments from the order page, under Shipping documents.
This is the carrier-generated document, not a Bigblue copy. Use it for duty disputes, customs clearance follow-up, or shipment reconciliation without requesting it from the carrier.
The invoice usually appears within about 10 minutes of carrier handover. If a printed invoice was included in the parcel, that invoice is shown instead, so only one invoice appears per shipment.
Available for parcels shipped from 13 October 2026 onwards. Invoices for earlier shipments are not available.
