We give to our customers the opportunity to choose if they want to manage their returns or if they want us to do it or them. We can also provide customer support regarding returns and shipments if our customers want it.
We provide a customer typeform in our tracking emails in case final customers have some issues or inquiries.
As soon as the final customer fills the typeform for a return or an exchange, we send him the return label and the instruction to follow to have a smooth return process.
As soon as the product arrives to the warehouse, we make a quality check to see if the product has any damages.
If the customer wants its product to be exchanged, then we send another product as soon as the first one arrives to the warehouse.
If the customer wants a refund, then we will notify you for the reimbursement
