To find out if a parcel is blocked in customs, you should go to the website of the carrier responsible for the delivery of your order using the tracking number associated with your package.

If it turns out that the package is indeed blocked in customs, you will have to contact the carrier directly who will accompany you to unblock the package. There are several reasons why the parcel may be blocked: authorized value exceeded, products prohibited or subject to restrictions, missing documents...

It should be noted that no customs fees should apply when transporting goods from one European Union country to another. Similarly, no customs documents are required when shipping goods from one Member State to another.
