For the purchase of a product from a country outside the European Union, customs fees may be required. These fees generally include the customs duty + VAT + the handling fees

  • The customs duty is determined according to the "taric" code of the product and according to the country of origin. It is calculated in the following way: (actual value of the product + shipping costs + insurance costs) * rate of customs duty.
  • VAT: calculated on the total amount including the real value of the product, the shipping and insurance costs and the customs duty.
  • The handling fee: is the customs clearance fee that the carrier will pay to take over the delivery.

To be noted : orders under 150€ are not subject to customs fees.
