The only difference is that products are sent in bulk in palettes rather than parcels.

What if Bigblue makes a mistake while shipping an order?

If Bigblue makes a mistake while shipping an order, we ask the customer to send the product back to the warehouse and we make sure to send him the good item (at our costs)

If the parcel is lost or the product is broken at its reception by the customer, we make sure to send back another product (at our costs)

Does Bigblue handle returns and exchanges?

Yes, Bigblue handles the returns and exchanges processes for its customers.

We give to our customers the opportunity to choose if they want to manage their returns or if they want us to do it or them. We can also provide customer support regarding returns and shipments if our customers want it.

How does Bigblue handle returns?

We provide a customer typeform in our tracking emails in case final customers have some issues or inquiries.

As soon as the final customer fills the typeform for a return or an exchange, we send him the return label and the instruction to follow to have a smooth return process.

As soon as the product arrives to the warehouse, we make a quality check to see if the product has any damages.

If the customer wants its product to be exchanged, then we send another product as soon as the first one arrives to the warehouse.

If the customer wants a refund, then we will notify you for the reimbursement

Does Bigblue provide a tracking tool?

Yes, Bigblue offers the opportunity for its customers to track their orders' status. Order status are updated automatically on Bigblue's app.

We also send tracking emails to the final customers to let them updated about their order shipment.

Yes, Bigblue provides a tracking number for every order.We send the tracking number by mail to the final customers.

How does the tracking process work?

Step 1: As soon as an order is placed, our app automatically updates its status.

Step 2: as soon as the parcel is being prepared, the customer receives the first tracking email to update him about the state of his order.

Step3: the customer receives the second tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Customers can follow the course of their order by following the tracking link provided in our emails.
